What is your business's mission and how to achieve it?

Well, let me start by saying that a business eats, drinks, and sleeps money.  A business only purpose for its existence is to make money.  So, the business's mission is achieving long-term financial success and sustainable economic growth.

How can you accomplish your mission?

To accomplish your mission successfully you must know your business's foundation, make decisions from them, and any decision thereof must be derived from that foundation.

What is your business's foundation?

Your business's foundation is a composition of four branches:

The first branch will tell you that there are three business objectives that are to be executing simultaneously without contradictions.  This branch increases and strengthens your leadership ability, formulates your financial forecast, and the survival of your business depends on it. 

The second branch will tell the efficient use of your resources.

The third and fourth branches deal with the market place.  The highest revenue comes from these two branches.

Why is there a need for you to know, as well as, how to execute your Business Fundamentals?

Here are five reasons:

1.  They are essential in order for you to accomplish your business's mission.

2.  You have no options on the use of these branches.  The only options are whether you know and execute them properly or not.

3.  The identification of these branches will allow you to unify them or have them working together as a united whole toward the mission.

4.  You will know the direction of these branches.  They must work parallel to each other and toward the same direction.

5.  You, also, will know the purposes of these branches, witch is the achievement of the mission without contradictions. (contradictions totally eliminate long-term or sustainable financial results).

Summary:

I am astonished when I hear a "business expert" give a hundred and ten reasons why businesses fail or succeed without any referent to their fundamentals.
